Container Loading Inspection

What is the Container Loading Inspection at 3eQuality?

The Container Loading Inspection (CLI) will take place right before the factory loads the goods into the container. The goal is to supervise the loading process to make sure the workers load all products correctly. This Container Loading Inspection in China usually takes place at the factory, but could be at a loading dock somewhere else.

What do we check during the Container Loading Inspection?

We provide a quantity check, packing list check, look at the container conditions, the process of the loading (carton conditions, fill-up level etc.), and take a quick look at the packaging of your products. The purpose is to oversee the loading process and make sure all items are loaded into the container correctly.

For complete QC checks on product specifications, you should book a standard inspection, such as a Pre-Shipment Inspection or In-Process inspection. This is because we have limited time on the loading site to open the cartons to check products thoroughly.

What is the benefit of the Container Loading Inspection?

Workers may sometimes miss loading some products or they may not use the correct packing to fix the cartons in the container, which could cause products to move easily in the container. Furthermore, since the container will travel for weeks at sea before reaching the final destination, a Container Loading Inspection in China will ensure the products are packed and loaded correctly and reduce damage.
