We will visit Chinese suppliers on your behalf and will send you a report which includes our comments as well as photos of the factories, including machinery and working conditions.

Throughout the on-site visit, we will learn many details about the factory conditions, the employee numbers, the workshop layout, the equipment, and the operations condition. This will give you sufficient feedback, which you could not know by talking to them through emails or telephone communications.

What do we check during the factory audits?

Verification of Documentation: Review of licenses and certificates

Experience: Trade history, client information, available samples

Employees and Workforce: Overview of HR policies, management style, employee numbers and workers’ situations

Company Profile: Official business name, ownership, organization chart, contact details, production line status, production capability and capacity

Quality System: On-site visit to confirm if there is a QC system in place. If yes, we’ll give you our general impression of the system
