FAQs

Q: What is the quality standard during the inspection at 3eQuality?

A: Generally, we hope you provide us with your product specifications and inspection requirements in advance. We will strictly follow these throughout the inspection. If you do not have special requirements, we will inspect it by our standard procedure, which includes the quantity, product appearance, general function and the packing condition. We will describe the shipment condition objectively and show the actual condition of the shipment condition to the best of our ability. We will protect your interests at all times based upon common sense and the experience of our inspectors.

Q: What is your service coverage area?

A: Although most of our inspectors are located in the Guangdong and Zhejiang area, we can send our inspectors to anywhere in China to perform your project. We are only located inside of China and will not travel to other countries within Asia.

Q: Can you guarantee the shipment is in good condition when I receive it?

A: Unfortunately, no. This is because once the shipment leaves the factory, it is out of our control, so it is possible that damage takes place during the long distance transportation. We cannot guarantee that you receive it in good condition for this reason. What we can do is guarantee that our report reflects the actual condition of the shipment prior to it leaving the factory.

Q: Can I talk to your inspector directly?

A: We recommend that you speak to your account manager to ensure that all of your needs are communicated effectively. Our inspectors do not speak English fluently, and therefore your account manager will also be the translator to the inspector.

If you have a long term project, it is possible to request an English-speaking inspector. We can help you to hire the qualified personnel.

Q: How do I work with 3eQuality?

A: It is simple! Just tell us your project requirements and inform your suppliers that we are authorized to perform the desired inspections. We will communicate with the supplier directly and keep you posted of the progress and arrangements.

Q: What are the qualifications of your inspectors?

A: Most of our inspectors are college educated. We provide related technical training to all tie 3eQuality inspectors, which ensures our inspectors are able to do a good job for each client. We will audit our inspectors regularly to ensure they maintain the highest service levels.

Q: Where should I send the samples for inspection?

A: We recommend that you send the samples to your factory. This will save time for the sample transportation. Our inspector will check the package to ensure it is not opened before they open it and take photos for your reference. If you wish to send samples to us directly, please contact us and we will send you the address of the inspector who will be handling your project.

Q: How can I know 3eQuality is effective?

A: We will be happy to provide you with testimonials from past clients. We suggest you give us a trial project first and we are confident that you will be satisfied with our services. If you are in China or will be visiting China soon, we are also pleased to meet to discuss your project at your convenience.

Q: What should I do if the supplier refuses the inspection?

A: Generally, if a supplier refuses the inspection, this suggests that they will not supply quality products. We recommend that you tell your supplier prior to placing an order with them that there will be inspections. For a new supplier, we highly recommend that you let us visit them to check their operations conditions.

If you have already paid the down payment and they refuse the inspection, there is nothing that we can do for you. Planning is an essential part of working with suppliers throughout China.

Q: When can I receive the inspection report?

A: We provide a report on the same day as the inspection and a detailed report within 24 hours after the inspection. All reports are clearly structured and filled with details.
